There are ENDLESS WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT DAVID and his teaching style!!

I adore his tues/thurs 9am class. One of the things I love most about yoga is that you don’t have to be in any particular state or condition to practice. You come as you are, and work with your body (all points that David expresses throughout class!). David inspires you to approach your edge with full awareness and connection to what you are TRULY feeling and then to mindfully go beyond that point. Through subtle and perfect adjustments, you learn how to move, extend, and stretch the way you were meant to.

His instruction exposes/identifies your approach and way of being in the world. Issues I have in my life come up during my time with David, and I am able to face them, get to the root and go through “the pain to get to the pleasure” (as David says in class). I take those lessons learned in his class out into my everyday life.

I feel more in touch with body from my classes with David. I don’t really want to take classes with anyone else, but I feel that if I were to do so, I would be able to get the most out of my asana practice as a result of David’s profound instruction.

He challenges and pushes you to go beyond what you think you are capable of doing. You find out things about yourself that you have been ignoring for years! You find out where you have been storing and harboring pain in your body, and he helps you begin to let go.
