I’ve been taking classes from David for a while now and he is definitely the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. What I appreciate most is his deep understanding of anatomy and the body mechanics involved in yoga. Not only does he provide hands on adjustments during class, but he explains what your body is doing (or should be doing) in such a way that I’ve been able to do things in his classes that I’ve never been able to do before. He is totally accepting and understanding of where you are at and what you are able do and provides various levels of poses so that everyone in the class can participate at the level appropriate for them. The class I take is a mixed level class, and as a level 1 student, I never feel diminished by the things I can’t do (yet), but look forward to the things I hope to be able to do in the future.
