The world is in a place of confusion around masculinity and power.
Let's gather in community to work through a carefully curated series of exercises in embodiment, emotions, dharma practices, voice, authentic relating, shadow work, and nature to help you reclaim your power, confidence, clarity, and sense of purpose.
Expect to return to your lives freer from lingering shame and self-consciousness, with greater inspiration and motivation to create the life you deeply want to live.
Sleeping
Sleeping options include sleeping in the dome, the temple, in a private tent or in your vehicle.
Eating
Everybody is expected to feed themselves, enough for two breakfasts, a lunch and two dinners. We encourage making larger dishes for potluck style eating for those whose preferences and diets align. We have a well equipped kitchen to share.
Your Guides
David Schlussel
David Schlussel is a yoga teacher, life coach, bodyworker, and father. David coaches people from fixed ideas about what they can and can’t do, towards life as a playful exploration of possibility. Weaving in Ashtanga, Anusara, and Dynamic yogas, as well as Qi Gong, his classes are a flowing celebration of embodiment, designed to exercise, integrate, delight, challenge and recharge, while facilitating healing of old injuries, and offering concepts relevant both on the mat and in daily life.
Kid Beyond
Kid Beyond is a soul singer, Buddhist teacher, and soul guide – helping hearts, bodies, and voices open to Love and Aliveness. His soulful, spiritual dance music has riveted hundreds of thousands around the world – at festivals like Coachella and SXSW, and opening for James Brown, Imogen Heap, Steve Aoki, LL Cool J, Michael Franti, and beyond. Trained at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, he weaves deeply embodied presence into everything he does – from ecstatic dance sets to song circles to sacred ceremonies.
