I only had to go to David Schlussel’s yoga classes at 7th Heaven Yoga & Wellness Center in Berkeley to know he was an excellent teacher. He is one of those rare yoga instructors who seems to be able to feel the stretch of his student’s bodies and cater what he says in his classes to what will make them feel better about their bodies. Upon doing his Yoga for Dudes DVD, my suspicions that David is an amazing teacher were confirmed! David’s instructions gently guide the student through the practice. The DVD is perfect for men wanting to start a yoga practice as well as anyone who needs realign themselves after travel (like me, presently) or wants a fantastic level 1 class that will put them in touch with their yoga roots. His sensational DVD is sure to make any yogi’s a mind and body tingle and certainly made me feel like a happy yogini!!!
