The tips you gave me on how to position my feet in order to help my fallen arches has really stuck with me and I no longer have any pain in my achilles tendon on my right side…or maybe it was my left…I actually can’t remember because the pain has been gone for over a month now.
The work on handstands was also really helpful, because in a big class setting it’s easy to blend into the background and stay “stuck.” It was particularly helpful also to see that it wasn’t any particular physical impediment holding me back, but that it was actually just my confidence that was keeping me from kicking all the way up there.
Also the video was really helpful. I’ve referenced back to it a few times for help, and it’s been great.
The training has been great. I’m learning a ton and I’m so glad I decided to do it.
