I’m a very busy middleaged working mom and I fit in yoga classes when I can to keep my body from hurting, uplift my spirits, and maintain some balance in my life. There are lots of yoga classes in Berkeley, yet whenever I can I choose to go to David’s Wednesday morning class at 8:30 at Yogakula because it makes me feel so great. I think what’s special about David is that he is very energetic and positive and easily blends the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. He seems to intuit what is holding each student back, and with a gentle touch or reminder, we make progress in his class. This is the first yoga class that I thought my 20 year old son would also enjoy!
