I’ve been going to David’s classes consistently for almost a year now and he is amazing!  He is sensitive to injuries and always has practical suggestions to work through whatever is happening in your body at the time.  At the same time, his classes are challenging and fresh, incorporating typical asanas of an anusara class with other more playful and crazy shapes. Though, to be clear, his classes are not about getting into shapes, but about feeling good in your body and examining our relationship to challenge.  David encourages our yoga practice to foster complete physical and emotional bliss in our lives and who doesn’t need that?!
